Decent hotel. Rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy.

Not my favorite place. The bathroom is open to the bedroom with the exception of a small toilet closet. A glass shower offers no privacy whatsoever. If you're sharing a room, be prepared to be on full display while you bathe. They are skimpy with towels but provide extra on request. The beds are hard and pillows awful. Request a down comforter on top of your mattress or you will wake up needing to see a chiropractor. Staff is nice but were unable to successfully prepare transportation when provided 4 hours advanced notice. Had to cancel an important business meeting after waiting 40 minutes and no transportation showed up.

I like it a lot. They have such a good breakfast. Stuff are great. Beds are the best. Highly recommend.

No room for me - due to "water damage", despite having booked it weeks in advance through Egencia. Hotel did not contact me either. Probably overbooked during busy trade fair. Not impressed.

Bad experience and service The heater was broken the night I checked in, and the hotel had only 1 staff, who is first day at work, who apparently dont know what to do with this. I dont blame him.. but how can they just put everything on a the poor guy with no experience to solve all problems he is not familiar with in such big hotel?! I was freezing for a night, and I was sick that night as well. No rest at all The following morning, at 8am, when I talked to the manager, she was in a total defending position, although all I asked for at the beginning was to cancel the rest of the 2 nights for my booking. Got refusedReally bad response on the issue, all they do is basically saying its my fault, must be me not able to turn on the heater correctly. And even my agent said its absolutely the first time they got refused to cancel any hotel booking at such an early notice. I havnt even asked for compensation yet. I was forced to come back, because they dont return any money at all, no apology, and even wasnt ready to change my room the second day. All I got as a reply was.. there was no problem with the heater ok, i will email my company to take the hotel down from the company booking portal bad hotel service I have to say.
