The rug of the hotel, with poor maintenance. No WiFi in my room from day one, the service in reception could be better. Nice building though

Clean hotel. Decent location. The rooms were extremely warm and could not cool using the thermostat on the wall. My Co-workers staying there also complained of the same issue, leading me to believe it wasn't an isolated issue.

Great hotel the room was great. Was not particularly impressed with the breakfast could have more cooked variety. But overall a great stay.

Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Out of the city but extremely close to an underground station (6 stops to the city) and cheap eating places. Our room had a safe and fridge but no tea/coffee making facilities which was the only negative for us!

Relatively close to the airport, this hotel is away from all the hustle and bustle of Frankfurt yet is close to a train station and a square where there are plenty of eating joints.

The rooms are clean and spacious. There is no sound of traffic. Unfortunately, some guests are not mindful of others and shout in the corridors that does create disturbing to guests trying to sleep.

I would have preferred better cooling but I suppose it's not everyday that Frankfurt is hot.

All in all, a good hotel. It takes approximately € 40.00 to the airport but taking a bus would be cheaper.

The Sheraton in Offenbach is a great looking hotel nicely located next to the square for eating and shopping. The staff is friendly and the rooms newly renovated.

Outstanding, staff went over and above for us and the facilities were excellent. Really close to a tuber but the surroundings were good to spend time in too.

Rooms were OK, small like most European hotels, but comfortable and clean. Bar and restaurant were great and had good selections. In summer, they have a nice little bar set up outside on the patio overlooking the park behind the hotel.

Went there for the Sunday brunch which was really tasty. I was kinda disappointed because it was more expensive and supposedly a Christmas special. But wasn't that special. 43 Euro felt a bit overpriced compared to their regular 36 euro brunch. But overall I liked it and will probably come back 2017!
