The place is 3 stores and has a lot of options for kids and young , dressing rooms, from full costumes to make-up packages .. the only thing is that the prices are lil high , i got a Freddy mask it was 69€ which is mad .. other than that everything else is great
Great selection of costumes, accessories, make-up, etc. From cheap to high end
The place to finally get your new face without spending a fortune on botox
They have an impressive collection of masks and clothing, both cheap and more expensive ones. Good
Awesome place. If you like masks, makeup and costumes you should definitely
Amazing selection of masks, stage makeup, fancy dress and dressing up items.multiple floors with knowledgeable English speaking staff. Expensive though but you get the service you pay for.
Store full of fancy masks and great costumes
Awesome selection of masks. They also have a minor selection of costumes and party stuff. The price is a bit on the high end so don't go here if you are looking for somthing for your next birthdayparty that you will just use and throw away.
I really like the venetian masks collection. It has also an online store, with express delivery.
Their return policy is just ridiculous. Bought an outfit, the last one they had in the right size. Took it home, tried it on again 3 days later only to discover many tears in the fabric. This was only noticeable under another light. I called to complain and they said it was neither possible to return it, get it refunded, get store credit or even exchange it for anything else in the store. The woman on the phone wasn't very friendly and said I should speak to someone else that has more 'authority'. I went that same day to store and spoke to someone else in charge. The guy was expecting me and straight away was unwilling to help in anyway. I said the outfit I bought was clearly damaged from having been tried on several times by different people. It was one of the outfits hanging on a hanger and not one fresh out of the packaging. He said for all they know I took it home, damaged it and now I want to return it and I should have checked to see if it was damaged before I bought it. I explained that the tears were in the back and not in a place I can notice myself when trying it on. I even had one of the shop assistants helping me who didn't even notice. I also said it was not my job, but their job to check for damaged goods before selling them at the full price to unknowing customers. Why don't they also check this at the till before happily taking people's money ? Only then did the guy become more reasonable and was willing to let me exchange it for something else in the store for the same price. Their cocky unwilling attitude to help customers really stinks and needs to change, otherwise they will lose more customers.
