Dated room. Staff with a poor attitude and unhelpful. 30mins bus ride to city centre.

The hotel personal was terrible, not friendly at all , they messed up my reservation and even they fixed it (next day) all the shifts workers were very unfriendly and unhelpful.
I dont recommend thus place. The location and strutucture is good but the people you will deal with Ufff😞response / report this review -

Good location, excellent transport links nearby and a standard IBIS guest experience, staff are helpful with specific requests if they can accommodate.
