The rooms are clean, big and nice for the price. The beer was excellent and very cheap. The common rooms are amazing and huge. If you want to mingle with fellow travelers this is the perfect place to do so.

Really nice Hostel, close enough to most of Berlin's touristic attractions and even some nice bar/clubs. The room I had was quite nice, with 4 single beds in it, a washroom (with a shower and sink) and a selarated toilet. There was also Breakfast included and it was quite good. Overall a really nice experience!

Building is under construction. I've asked the front desk to mark the elevator and stairs which lead to the site so no one wanders into it and was told simply not to use the elevator and to walk and find another. (my room leads straight to the construction site which is only makes with a sign that says not to enter the building) 9days here, no safety precautions taken and I was never given a floor plan to be able to find other elevators or stairs. I even wrote a letter and have it to the front desk. I've never stayed any place that encourages guests to wander in places they otherwise would not be until they find where they should. The staff treated me like a lazy person seeking an Elevator, but I work at a hotel and know that this is dangerous. Plus the elevator that leads to the site is glitchingbad customer service and disregard for safety. Lol but it's cheap lol NOW FIX IT

Not everything was reconstructed and designed very well. The ladders of the bunkbeds missed screws and the shower could have used an other look at before making it the way it is. Nice staff though and great variety of choices at breakfast. Nice proportion between price and quality .

Very average and basic but good price for what it is! Would recommend for people sight seeing and for people who won't spend a lot of time here as there are not many family friendly facilities. However there is free WiFi and the breakfast is good

Very rude staff when checking in. She didn't want to help us at all. She didn't want to give us a room or our money back even if we had pre paid. Good thing we managed to stay because it was late and we were really tired.
Breakfast isn't worth the money, there is a coffee shop in front of the hostel that does a better job. Bathroom smelled.

One of the reading lamps was broken, the lock on the bathroom was broken, it was always very hot inside even though the heating wasn't on. Staff wasn't friendly, we got a warning for being "too loud" while we were only talking at normal volume but a group of others who were screaming and having a party in their room didn't get any staff knocking on their door. The bar ran out of cocktails really fast. Breakfast was fine, albeit very basic. WiFi does not work!!

It is a good and fun place to stay when you are visiting the city. Good rooms, a creative area to meet others peoples and play games. It is near from train and metro stations.

I enjoyed it mainly because I was there with my friends, the food was okay (cereal was the best part about it, not many vegetarian options), WiFi didn't work that well which caused stress between many people I encountered at the hotel. The room was relatively clean when we arrived with little to no mess (except chewing gum stuck onto the frame of the bed). Nights at the hotel were loud and left me tired in the morning due to not being able to close the window to lessen the sound of traffic outside. One night I was awoken by several police cars and fire engines outside the hotel (I was never informed why they were there which was quite worrying). It was an okay stay, understandable for the price. Overall I enjoyed and would most probably go there again if I stay in Berlin again.
