The location is nearly perfect if you like shopping or visiting nearby places. And the rooms were great.

It's a beautiful hotel with very kind personnel. Personnel will look things up for you, book cabs and are very friendly. The rooms are modern and very nice. Breakfast is very good. The bees on the rooftop are awesome. I love businesses that help protect the bees, and they bring fresh honey for breakfast.

The location is relative far from either tram, Subway or taxi stops. Close in the city but not the most convenient. The room are functional and the bathroom works despite being rather small. The daily breakfast buffet is good and has nice choices. It's also open quite late. Wouldn't come back because of the location.

Good option for accommodation during your stay in Berlin. The room are well organized, clean and convenient. The staff is helpful and English speaking. All in all - good value for money. Tip: the hotel is located in an area with free parking on the street.

Good value for money hotel, staff were excellent! Let us check in early and get out of the cold, room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is a little but further out then others and not exactly in the Alexanderplatz but there is a convenient tram line outside the hotel.

Really nice place. Clean and neat as expected from NH Hotels. Only downside is that this particular place is not as close to the Alexanderplatz as the name might suggest.
