  Nie wieder. Hätte ich mal auf die vielen schlechten Bewertungen gehört. Parfum bestellt. Laut Kontoverfolgung versandt. Dann plötzlich Gutschrift erhalten, Artikel kann nicht geliefert werden. Komisch auf der Internetseite steht immer noch sofort verfügbar,

  Wahnsinns Service.
  Die Damen nehmen sich unendlich Zeit für kompetente Beratung. Auch ein Umtausch war problemlos möglich. Ich werde nur noch da einkaufen!

  The service is the worst for us. We've been going there since ages and every time I accompany my mom there I could get so mad about the way they treat us.
  Here are some of the experiences I had there:
  There is no self-service so what you have to do is: enter the store and wait for one of those ladies to offer their help. My mom and me had to wait more than 5 mins for someone to come even though we saw few of them standing around doing nothing. That's a absolute no go for me because the shop is not a cheap store with drugstore perfume. It's high end products. You could expect service in the first 3 mins especially if they are not busy at that moment.
  Second incidence was just today. My mom and me got served pretty soon but there was a lady, looking like a millionaire, who got served before by someone else and was at the cash counter before we were. The lady at the cash counter started a long talk with her, explaining different products to her. One of her colleagues wanted to take over the cash counter but the first woman told her shed do it all. My mom spoke up then saying sarcastically to her to go a little bit slower with the advertising. The lady at the cash counter didn't see what she did wrong and started giving the millionaire lady disapproving looks about my mom's behavior. She then started talking about how some customers could not behave. How rude is that? Not only that she's ranting about other customers to a customer but also in front of us.
  I am so done with this shop! I don't know if they're racist or look down on us but that just doesn't work like that. From a shop like this you could expect a lot more. Sorry, not sorry.

  Super toller, freundlicher Service, super Beratung und prompte Abwicklung.Unschlagbare Preise!
  Meine Freundin bestellt seit Jahren hier und ich habe mich jetzt auch mitreissen lassen. Wohne im Ausland und funktioniert top.
  Kann ich nur empfehlen, auch wenn man sich beraten lassen will, einfach anrufen und kompetentes Personal berät einen.
