Central and good place to check new Audi cars. The user interface could be interactive supported by tablets, for example.

Dropped by spontaneously today as my Audi's paintwork had been damaged in a parking accident and needed to be repaired.
1: Finding a parking space was difficult.
2: The lady at the service desk wasnt friendly.
3: They wouldn't inspect my car without an appointment and the relevant people were busy. I therefore offered to leave my car there and pick it up later this evening, but was told this wasnt possible for insurance reasons and because I needed to be present during the inspection process?!?!
So i drove to another Audi / VW dealership in Solln (Christl) where i was greeted by a friendly young lady on reception. The damage was inspected and documented in less than 15 minutes and an appointment was made for the work to be carried out.
It's therefore unfortunate for MAHAG as they have lost my business.response / report this review -
