Horrible place to start or finish journey. The bus station in dirty & full of hobos.

Building bus station far away from city center is not a good idea. Not much food place nearby.

From the outside ZOB can seem a little hidden. When coming from Kaiserdamm or Messe Nord just go towards the "Cosy Wash" sign.

ZOB is terribly old and dirty. My bus was early in the morning and I waited several hours inside of this bus station. It was full of homeless sleeping on chairs filling air with there fragrances of stink and fume. No caffes where it would be possible to sit and wait. Several coffe stalls are closed at night

It's relatively nice for a bus station. Well lit at night and feels safe. Lockers are available too.
