Wir haben jetzt bereits mehrfach unsere Urlaube dort gebucht. Wir waren immer bei Frau Rühmann-Stibbe, die allerlei durchmachen musste mit uns (Erstplanungen, dann alles wieder anders, doch wieder wie ursprünglich geplant etc.). Wir haben immer einen super Service gehabt und dadurch auch gute Preise zu guten Hotels etc. angeboten bekommen. Aktuell haben wir gerade eine USA-Rundreise in Planung und auch diese läuft wieder optimal. Trotz der ganzen Internetanbieter ist die persönliche Beratung und das knowhow für uns absolut zwingend erforderlich und erleichtert die Planungen der schönsten Zeit im Jahr ungemein. Wir werden weiterhin in diesem Reisebüro buchen. Absolute Empfehlung für Urlaube aller Art!!!

The Reiseland travel agency took over from American Express. For years I worked with a highly competent agent who has since retired. I guess too much time has passed now since the association with AmEx. My current agent has done a fair job with my rather uncomplicated European flights. However yesterday when I reached the Marseilles airport I saw that she booked my return through Orly, which would have required an additional bus ride to CDG to make my Berlin connection. Yes, I should have perused the suggested itinerary. But one should be able to trust a travel agent to make reasonable choices. Why didn't she let me know that she was encountering difficulties booking my return on Friday? I could easily have spent an extra night in Marseilles. I bought a new ticket and forfeited the one already purchased so I could make the change in CDG. However I was still stuck with a three hour plus wait, which meant that by the end of the day, and the flights were on time, I had spent nine hours traveling from Marseilles to Berlin. Since unlike the Reiseland agency I am bound to have my interests in mind, in the future I will do a far, far better job buying directly from airline websites. I will never again make the mistake of entrusting my travel plans to Reiseland.
