  Vapiano has many location in Berlin. However, all of them are crowded. But this branch is Too crowded.. it’s better to go in kdam street which has Bigger seating area to dine and with plenty of seats. It’s better to go there before lunch or dinner time about an hour so you can avoid the queues in all branches.

  Do not be fooled by the concept - it’s extremely SLOW! You’ll end up standing in line for more than 30 min to get a bowl of pasta even if there’s only 2 people in front of you. It’s also not cheap, specially considering the waiting time and the portion size. Get only a salad/soup or avoid it completely.

  We ate here last night. It was a quick stop for food before going to a concert close by.
  
  Apparently, this place was all the rage a few years ago and has become more popular but I was underwhelmed by the experience.
  
  When you arrive you are given cards that you charge your food and drinks on to, and this system, I think works quite well as it means split bills can be arranged with great ease and only the person to, and this system, I think works quite well as it means split bills can be arranged with great ease and only the person
  with a card can add items onto it.
  
  Menus were in German as well as in English.
  
  You then queue to order your food from the appropriate slot, depending on if you are having salad, pasta or pizza. You could order soft drinks and water from the Chefs, but if you wanted to have alcohol there was a separate bar.
  
  There was a huge range of fresh pasta and sauces and pizza to have and I made my mind up quite quickly.
  
  Don't get me wrong, the food was excellent and exactly what we wanted, but the idea of waiting for your food to be cooked in front of me was a strange one.   The food as I said was very tasty, tables were clean and staff were very friendly.
  
  Cheap and cheerful and I would eat here again

  Fast food meets Italian food. Excellent! Everything is prepared in front of you or in the case of lasagne, baked. Pasta, risottos, salads arrive quickly, anything that takes longer, they give you a beeper to let you know when to collect. Drinks and desserts served immediately. Probably the best fast food I've ever had, all tasted fresh. A great concept.

  Long waiting times for mediocre pasta. Good place for small kids because the cafeteria style, pick what you want is unique for them. big portions for kids.

  Great place to eat. A ton of different options and good prices. The service was a little slower than should be but made up for it with great taste. Would surely visit again.
