My Favorite restaurant in Berlin. Margerita happy hour and amazing Quesadillas.

A little over-priced, not very attentive staff.
Generally the food quality is good though and the atmosphere generally very social. Sometimes with live music. Overall however not a place I specifically seek out, especially with the plethora of better options in the area.response / report this review -

Most bars that serve mostly beer differentiate themselves with ambience. This bar has great ambience.

Although the food was good (not if we were in Mexico though), the attention was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. We waited more than an hour for a table until we realized they had written our name wrong. We finally got a table about an hour and a half later and when we order tacos the waitress tells us she doesn't understand anything we're saying and starts upping her tone. We were asking for tacos and nachos. "Nachos?, as in chips?" We point at the nachos the guy next to us is eating. She brings us half the portion he got and no avocado or anything.

One of the best and biggest burritos I've ever eaten. The restaurant is incredibly popular and overcrowded. The staff do their best to seat everybody and we were crammed six people to a four person table. This didn't really detract from the great time we had there. The drinks were great - and strong. Service was quite slow, as not enough staff were in to cater for the popularity of the place but drinks were on offer so we did not care. Only real negative was the server when we tried to pay became sassy as we wanted to pay separately.

I can't understand why this place has such high ratings. I was here recently and had chicken tacos doradas (tacos with chicken). Thinking this place would be amazing I also decided to order it with the upgrade (4 EUR extra for a plate beans, rice and corn chips). The meal itself wasn't that fantastic/special. The chicken tasted quite dry. The upgrade was not worth 4 EUR extra. It literally was just a plate with rice, red beans and corn chips. Nothing special there either. Service was OK. Food came out pretty quick. Great interior. Pretty chilled vibe here. Price is high for mediocre Mexican food with not that much flavour. I wouldn't recommend coming here for a big meal. Maybe one of their small snack dishes might be better. I'm sure there are better Mexican restaurants in Berlin.

Good place for a quick bite, the tacos were tasty but not super much (but ok for the price!) I've seen the burritos passing by and they are huge. Magaritas are nice and there is an happy hour between 6 and 9 pm with the basic ones at 5€

Very good Margaritas. From 7pm to 9pm 5€ each one. Nice atmosphere. Personnel is friendly. If you are in the neighbor Stop here

So not exactly Mexican, but very tasty. Good happy hour, margaritas were excellent, very cool atmosphere. A local favorite.

The service was bad. The waitress wasn't behaving and she was looking at us in a negative way.
The food was very ok, I think it's overpriced. I felt like eating a kebab or less for 10 euros.response / report this review
