I recently missed boarding the Josephine for a friend's 40th birthday celebrations, due to showing up a little late.
I was incredibly disappointed to have missed the boat.
The day was rescued however, by the absolutely lovely and courteous staff at Van Loon who went out of their way to arrange another boarding point for me, further down the boat's journey. From my understanding this was not a simple thing to do - due to canal traffic, timing, and docking fees.

I'm very grateful for the service and courtesy extended to me by the staff of Van Loon. This is a very nice business - I really cannot recommend it enough.

The restaurant for a first date, for a great breakfast, for an afternoon beer with friends, or a wedding party! Top class food and service, and they deserve every penny you pay for this great location.

Spontaneously checked this place out for summer drinks and wasn't disappointed. Fantastic view with a great wine selection. If you're looking for a neat locale, worth it!
