  By far the best customer service I got in Berlin so far! Wow. So refreshing.
  
  I will definitely recommend Cyberport and especially Mitte one

  Worst online shopping experience, its seems no one know how the company operates and I was given misleading information numerous times. Would not shop here again.

  This place is the worst when it comes to service. It always takes forever to get anything. There is always 5 people in the store and only 1 or 2 deal with customers. Case in point was in line trying to buy an iPad and there were 4 people ahead of me and 3 behind. 1 guy finishes with a customer and then just walks away. The other one is still working with someone else. There is another guy on the other side dealing with only mobile phones who is not helping anybody; And then 2 guys at the service and pick up counters who tell is we are not their responsibility. You'd think in the service industry of today one of them would have jumped in and helped customers rather than being idle. Maybe not their fault if their following orders but come one management needs to get on this. The only reason they get 2 stars is sometimes they have great sales.

  Very nice shop. Good prices and the staff knows what they are talking about. MUCH better than anything Media Markt or Saturn do deliver! Only the waiting time is a bit annoying. They could double they're staff for 5 stars! :)

  I am really disappointed as I ordered something online that simply did not exist and now I am left uncovered without a laptop! Here is the full story: I ordered 2 days ago a laptop from Cyberport eshop, which I was supposed to receive within 24 h (as they said to my confirmation email and to the website as well) . Apparently, the product did not exist, as after calling them 4 times 48h later, and speaking with various people, I simply got an email stating that my order is being canceled. They have no idea what exists or not at their warehouse, completely not product updates neither product availability on the website I do not recommend this company.
