The call center person was extremely unfriendly and unprofessionell from the start, when I tried to book a taxi. He even dropped the phone a the end. I did not recieve a confirmation whether the taxi is going to come, nor did he verify the address data as per usual practice. I would appreciate if people answering phone calls maintain a least the minimum of courtesy and professionalism when dealing with customers!!

Did not arrive to requested place and wanted me to go to his car in 5 min walk as there was a Baustelle on his way. The given address did not have a Baustelle and he could make a round and arrive to a given address.

It might just be me, but I didn't have any reason to complain about the taxi service yet.. Then again, I am an upper crust, white man.. I like the taxi service though!
