Very satisfied on every ride (ice hockey) I take with the bus company. The bus drivers are very cooperative and trustworthy that you would always ride with them. :)

We went to Straubing. On the one hand we had a 1a bus driver in Steffen. Very competent and safe at his place of work. The bus was as good as new. Top equipped, with everything that works. 220 volts, WiFi, toilet and kitchen. And Seffen didn't just drive us, he was entertainer, cook, cleaner and on-site supervisor all in one.

Even when booking, we were served politely and courteously at different levels in the office.
All in all a very remarkable and upcoming company. Here you can see that the customer is king.
Why do we only give 5 stars? Unfortunately, 10 cannot be awarded on this portal, then the company would have received 20 stars from us.

Our school trip had been booked and paid for, but we were still forgotten on the day of departure! The bus just didn't come. After more than 1.5 hours, the company was able to provide a replacement. But it would be too uncertain for me to book this bus company again. There was no response to my email either.
