The store is very well laid out! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. It is a bit on the expensive side but quality is very good.
I'm pretty happy with their service and what one can get here. I bought my tracking shoes as well as my runners here and both times I had people that seriously knew what they where talking about.
They have pretty much anything in terms of sport equipment. I think there are in total 6 floors with clothing and equipments.
My goodness this place is amazing. And dare I say it, better than REI? It is five floors of gear heaven, and has a huge selection of climbing gear (what I'm mainly interested in). For foreign shoppers, they bang out the tax free receipts and forms very quickly. Very efficient and friendly service.
a few times asked different salesmenn to help, i have not got any help. a new experience. choice of mountain and hiking boots is very good
Plus: Centrally located.
Minuses:
* They only claim to know what they sell.
* Waiting for an answer from them for more than week.
* There are 3 mismatching lists of floors and deparments and none of them is right.
Great selection of all sorts of outdoor equipment.
Good crew. Running shoe department lacks narrow sizes.
Bought new ski shoes here. 3d laser scan was great , consultation could be better
After waiting 40 Minutes to get served for trying on trekking shoes, just left the store went to another shop immediately got served and probably saved 50% of my money. Overall this is the worst yuppie sports shop ever!!!! High prices only 5% of the sales men really work others just standing around and you cannot tell if they are customers or really employees. So if you just do sport for the prestige and/or your sport is spending money, well this is the shop to go!
