  Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Service- und Kundenorientiert ist anders!
  
  Habe einen Wagen von dem Autohaus und einen Termin zum Reifenwechsel ausgemacht. Am Telefon konnte man mir dann auch nicht sagen, um wie viel Uhr der Termin wäre- ich würde zurückgerufen werden, da ich auch wegen Smart-Repair an den Felgen angefragt hatte.
  Natürlich wurde ich nicht zurückgerufen.
  An besagtem Tag, wo der Termin stattgefunden hätte, habe ich telefonisch erfragt, um wie viel Uhr ich das Auto jetzt vorbeibringen soll.
  Und dann kommt der Hammer: es wurde kein Termin eingetragen. Nächster Termin erst wieder in 3 Wochen frei
  Mir wurde kein zeitiger Ersatztermin angeboten!
  Nie wieder ein Auto von diesem Autohaus!!!

  Absolut schlechteste Beratung aller Zeiten!
  Wir wussten genau welches Auto mit welcher Ausstattung wir neu kaufen wollten, trotzdem würde nicht darauf eingegangen. Ein Angebot wollte man uns auch nicht machen. Es wurde nur die ganze Zeit erzählt wie man das alte Auto in Zahlung geben kann. Nicht zu empfehlen!

  Das Autohaus bekommt es seit Wochen nicht auf die Reihe, ein über die Leasinggesellschaft bestelltes Fahrzeug an mich auszuliefern.
  Stattdessen wurde aus dem "sofort verfügbaren Neufahrzeug" plötzlich eine Tageszulassung, plötzlich ist das Fahrzeug gar nicht mehr zu haben, dann doch wieder. Ein ewiges Chaos. Kommunikation ebenfalls unterirdisch und unfreundlich. Kann nur dringend abraten, wenn man auf ein Auto angewiesen ist.

  I am quite happy with the service I received at Automobilforum Kuttendreier. When I was looking at different car brands for a test drive, they were the only ones who actually managed to provide me with the exact type of car I was planning to buy (size, engine and fuel type). Others have either provided me with a different car size, or a diesel engine when I was asking for petrol. The sales person I was dealing with (Stephanie Bals) was very friendly and helped a lot during the car configuration process.
  On a negative side, the car took almost 3 months to deliver, but I guess this was Fords fault.
  
  All in all I am now a satisfied owner of a Ford car. I can only recommend this dealership.

  When i first visited the shop, it was busy and no one bothered to come ask if I could be helped. After standing around looking like an idiot for about thirty minutes I went and sought someone out only to be told that I could only be helped on appointment. I went home and tried to make an appointment the following week but was told that they had no cars for me to test drive for the next month and to call back later. Astounded I gave up on ford then and there as I wouldn't want to have to continually deal with such poor service should I have to own one of their vehicles
