Shower was broken and oscillated between burning hot and freezing cold. Apart from that, room was fair and staff was nice.
Average, a bit dated, chain hotel. Rather small rooms and a tiny bathroom. Acceptable breakfast. Just a place to sleep, leave and enjoy Munich.
The service and the room was as expected for a Mercure hotel. I mean very good. But the price is very high even for this quality. The room was quiet but a little smaller than I expected.
Rooms are clean and adequate. Only gripe I have about this place is the shotty internet. You get "free WiFi" but the speeds are rediculously slow. Don't expect streaming anything and it barely loads gifv formats. You have to pay for the premium wifi
The hotel was undergoing renovations, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, trying very hard to please even when English was not the first language of the front desk attendant. Service was prompt and very attentive to details. The room was quiet, as requested, the bed was very good and the overall experience highly exceeded our expectations.
Comfortable bed, small room, friendly, helpful staff.
Very little rooms, clean but too essential. Forth floor not reached by elevator
Location is quite central, it lies at Leonrodplatz and it's just a 8 minutes tram ride away from the city centre. The hotel lobby is clean, the staff are quite professional and know what they are doing. I booked the double room and it was quite clean. Overall the experience was a pleasant one.
