  We stayed here for 3 nights, we found spiders and the rooms are old and the ones facing the street are noisy. We asked to left our suitcases for some hours and when we came back they had locked the room and the manager was gone, They locked the door with our things inside without telling us! We lost our bus back and that finished with significant delays for our coworkers as we were holding the bus waiting for somebody to open the door. One of the waiters called the manager and 30 min later she came to open the door. She never apologise and when I told her this was wrong and I will complain she answered: it's ok its ok. It was not ok, we were two females alone and were not offered any help to go back to Munich or any other attention given that they made us waste our time. We will never stay here again and we won't recommend it.

  It was Awesome.. Food extremely delicious, especially that mixed fish plate. and they take care of tiny details
  
  If you are lucky, you will meet Jannis, the most caring guy i've ever met. He will make you feel as the most important customer ever. He will secure you whatever you need :)
  Another helping guy was Karim in the restaurant.
  
  Little things to be improved:
  - wifi signal is weak in the room (strong more than enough in the lobby and restaurant)
  - Laundry service is held by an external company, so it need some days.
  
  Environment is great, with a nearby park, and an amazing lake view at the spot.
