Modern and recently redone. Staff are all polite and friendly. Clean. Comfortable. Good internet. Good air-conditioning in the rooms. Breakfast was included in my rate and was good. Area feels a bit dodgy but is actually fine.

My partner and I were winding down at 20:20 for sleep and a hotel staff member unlocked our door without knocking or announcing themselves first, poked his head in the door, and said "housekeeping". Disturbed and shaken, I got dressed and went down to the reception who later said it was the mini-bar stockist. My partner and I shocked that someone opens our locked apartment door without knocking or announcing themselves first. We are thankfully checking out the following morning anyway and that this will be our last night here. Despite the otherwise nice decor and good breakfast service, we won't be returning because we don't feel safe here.

An okay hotel with a good location close to the railway station and the centre of the city. The restaurant at the hotel served good food and the room was okay. The plastic shower cabin was however not so fun.

Fully refurbished hotel with everything new inside as close to city center as you can get. Hotel is all about BIO products and ECO friendly furniture made of natural wood Good breakfast, very clean rooms, very polite employees. I personally don't like only the refurbished squeaky wooden floors all around the hotel, but that's just a minor comment. Hotel for recommendation!

I book from 19-26 dicember 2015. I had a bad story. One day we "lost" in our room a headphone beats . I inform more times the reception . They said that will give me some answer. They never give me the answer. They have my phone number but no call. And thinking that Germany is one of the secure countries in europe. If you wont an advise: dont let anything in the room because you can "lost" it.

The Alpen hotel is not bad, but not good either. Yesterday evening I called from the Munich airport to book the room, and this hotel was only one having room available from five other hotels I called to.
The reception in Alpen hotel is friendly, especially in the morning. The room however was too small for the price I paid - €130 (breakfast included). And just in front of the hotel there is a "Baustelle" as seen from the picture. So altogether I can give not more than 3 stars to Alpen hotel.
