The only "big store" for electronics in the downtown part of Mannheim. The service is usually very friendly, and they have a large assortment in the store. I bought my laptop, washing machine, and dryer there, and had no problems.

A great electronic store. It is huge and it has almost any and everything available in the electronic world. You can go there and test VR and Drones too. There is a separate floor for home appliances and separate section for PS ,XBOX e.t.c related gaming. The staff are helpful , but sometimes not sure about the entire product info . If you are visiting it you can also get the tax refund forms to be reimbursed at the airport. The aftersale service is also good. If there is any manufacturing issue with the good, you get it replaced few questions asked. You have a locker facility to keep your bags , e,t,c locked while you shop.

Although I was little bit disappointed when they said they didn't have any Chromebooks I was amazed by the amount of technology they had in this store. Saturn also features a Mini Apple Store on the last floor. If you are looking for new technology this is definitely the place to go.

I went on a quick trip for something specific, but I wish I had more time to poke around. This place was huge and had an awesome selection of all kinds of gadgets and appliances.
