Arrived at Saturn fifteen minutes before opening on a Monday. I was looking to purchase new loudspeakers for my vehicle (Golf MK3). I stood by the car hifi area looking at items for 35 minutes while staff rushed by never once saying good morning or asking if I needed any help. The car hifi section was disorganized with empty holes where stereo head units should be. Very few speakers. Power wasn't available to many of the systems or the speakers would not play any sound. Two staff stood three metres away chatting and never offered to help. I'd like to say that they are professional and helpful, but they were like ghosts with no concern for customer service. The staff stood around adjusting clocks and Bluetooth speakers to try to make things look tidy. I guess they think if something is on the shelf straight it will just sell itself with zero interaction from the actual sales person?

We got both of our phones here and they helped so much with letting us know how they worked and pick out the best option for us! They spoke great English and take VAT forms! Love this place for all of our electronic needs

Arguably among the best electrical and computer hypermarket chain of stores I've ever come across. Great prices and spoilt for choice.

Really impressed with their tv display, each one shows the same information of the tv sets to make comparison simple. Staff was helpful too.

Very nice store. The staff are helpful and have which languages they can speak on their badge so you know whether or not they can speak your language. They have one of the larger selections of movies and TV series in the area. I also do not think I have found a bigger selection of coffee machines and tea machines around.
