Miła obsługa, darmowe wifi, smaczne śniadanie. Pokój jednoosobowy z tv i łazienką ,malutki ale przytulny. Parking dla klientów hotelu.

Das einzig nette an diesem hotel war ein älterer Empfangs Herr sowie die Dame die das Frühstück zubereitet hat. Ansonsten wird einem unterstellt Sachen entwendet zu haben, was ohnehin schon total dreist ist, aber noch dazu kommt es das man angeblich etwas im zimmer kaputt gemacht hat, das so schon vorzufinden war !!! Ein Pluspunkt des Zimmers waren definitiv die Betten, auf denen man super schlafen konnte sowie ein reichhaltiges Frühstück was wirklich super war. Ein Tipp am Rande, freundliches und höfliches auftreten sollte in diesem Berufsfeld ein Muss sein !!!! Leider das bisher unfreundlichste Hotel in dem wir jemals gewesen sind. Nie wieder !

Sehr kleine Zimmer, Eher altmodisch. Handtücher im Bad leider unsauber. Betten zu weich. Ebenso Schimmel in der Minibar. Frühstück ganz ok, nur am Sonntag aufgebackene Brötchen vom Vortag. Die Geschäftsführung ist gegenüber Kritik nicht offen. Preis- Leistung keinesfalls angemessen.

Kleines Hotel mit eingeschränkter Restauration in Ortslage. Für Übernachtungen auf Geschäftsreisen geeignet. Zimmer sind spärlich eingerichtet aber sauber.
Preisniveau für Austattung etwas zu hoch.

A really bad experience! These people are thieves.
They informed me during booking that the only room available would cost 165€/night. As I really needed it, I still booked it, thinking it would be some sort of suite. As I arrived they gave me the key to a normal double room, which was clean and ok. Be careful, the restaurant closes at 8.30 PM!
After dinner, I was working in the room when the reception informed me they had given me the wrong room and asked me to check out. I was definitely too nice (and too stupid) and accepted to leave the room, which 2 men then occupied. The receptionist then brought me to the other building, into a tiny 8m2 single room and would not do anything as I was complaining. The next morning, the owner finally agreed to take 20€ off my bill.
I still find it scandalous to charge 145€ for a room in which you can barely move!! And Lochham ist not Munich-Center!

The hotel has nice rooms, 24 hr staff, dining room for dinner. I have changed to this hotel from a location in Planegg and have not been disappointed. Please note if you travel by S-bahn get off at Locham not Grafelfing. Locham is a 5 minute walk, even though the address in Grafelfing. Also the bus from Locham stops at the hotel door.
