Busy so worthwhile booking but tasty & nice cosy Atmosphäre
Fantastic cosy restaurant in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg.
They offer a variety of great fondues which are all really tasty in a nicely decorated place.
Although it's a bit more expensive than other restaurants it is totally worth it for the great dining experience it provides.
One important thing to notice is that they don't accept credit cards for payment though.
Best cheese fondue in Berlin, many options to come here many times, nice and quick service. The drinks are really overpriced though
I didn't like place and felt horribly in the morning after having Xmas dinner there. Objectively I have nothing against it, just not my kind of places.
Super delicious cheese fondue and desserts. They have a lot of different choices of fondue. Would definitely come again.
I always go there during the winter time. The mix of different fondues are cool and tasty. Staff is friendly. Bit pricy though. I really recommend the meet fondue there.
This place offers quality food at a good price point. Pastas range from 5,50 to 7 euros. It's self service and relatively quick. This isn't fast food, though!
I had been in the mood for pasta carbonara and ventured to Pizza Vira with the BF. It took a while for the cooks to start on our food but it was worth the wait (15 minutes). The pasta tasted fresh and had not been overcooked, which is a regular problem with this dish. I could see and taste the egg yolk in the cream sauce :D. The BF ordered a spinach and gorgonzola dish. I typically can't handle too much gorgonzola but I loved the sauce. It tasted more of cream than blue cheese, so if you're a blue cheese buff, try it on a pizza instead.
Lastly, remember to grab your own silverware. We almost forgot to!
Definitely need to book ahead but so very worth it. Delicious fresh food, informative friendly staff. Loved the wine tasting. As a small group of friends, we had the loveliest evening here.
