Lazy and useless sellers. Staff doesn't want to work. There was empty shop and I've spent 20 minutes to find somebody who can help me.

Also there isn't card payment despite the information on website

I also don't understand all these negative reviews.
First you can find everything you need there and various prices. The employees were really helpful and explained to me in detail all I wanted to know, also in English.
I got what I need and I'm satisfied.
I'll go back again if I need anything.

    The most unfriendly store, ever.

Very crowded. But there are a lot of bike models and accessories. The prices for the accessories are not the cheapest, quite expensive I might add. Also the offer for road bikes is limited.

Honestly, I don't understand all the one star reviews. The store is very big and has pretty much everything bike related. I needed a helmet, and was helped by a competent , friendly, and efficient staff member. She did not try to upsell me, and found a well fitting helmet for my oddly shaped head. Prices are decent.

Large store yes, but has limited selection, arrogant and unfriendly staff, incompetent service personnel.

Ordered a MTB, which when delivered had multiple noticeable chips on the frame, therefore returned it and ordered another one. Went to pick up the replacement, which had even a bigger scratch from the store assembly. The sales rep was extremely rude and annoyed at me, told me too bad that's all they had and was swearing at me under his nose.
I had to leave without buying a bike. Apparently they cannot assemble bikes without damaging them with chips and scratches.

This place is huge and overwhelming with a fraction of the staff necessary. Once we did find (and wait) for a staff member to help us he did take his time and didn't try to upsell us. The test track is convenient and they really do have a ton of choices to fit any budget.

However, I highly recommend you do not buy the bikes made by Radlbauer. Ours have given us nothing but trouble including the brakes not working when the temperature dips below freezing. They have been okay fixing some of the issue at the Krone ourpost for free but some we have had to pay for even though it is clearly a manufacturer's defect. Try to find a quality used bike instead. They actually have a selection at Radlbauer in a warehouse in the back.

Tip: They do not accept credit cards here unless the purchase is over 100 Euros. Also, there is no cafe and wait times can be long so bring some water and a snack too. We were getting pretty desperate after three hours.

A little bit far from my place, but the experience seemed good, since I tried bikes. Styles are still limited a little, prices are fine. Satisfied

Their selection of bikes might be good, but their service is terrible and crooked. I got a flat tire and paid to replace the inner tube, only to get a flat tire again in the next 24 hours. 4 times in a row! They are completely unprofessional, as in any big store, which profits from a turnover, but not from a customer satisfaction.
