Went there with friends and had Glühwein on Christmas. Was great, waiter was very friendly and food was delicious.

Upset that we tried to put $20 on a Visa card. Odd to get yelled at. Not a good bar. They kinda suck.

Awful service !!!! If you don't speak german you shouldn't expect to be treated well. They are really rude and unpolite. Definitely the worse service in Munich.

The worst one of the beer hall type of places around. Boring, shabby atmosphere with a lot of old people. Unfriendly staff. Luckily the beer itself tastes OK.

Food was great, beer was good and our waiter was very pleasant. If you are expecting American service you won't get it, they wait to here from the customer, they aren't up on top of you just very relaxed. We had a great waiter and food. No complaints.
