Stayed in this hotel during my business trip. Well located in Bad Soden, good parking, good breakfast. Rooms are big and quiet. What I did not like was the reception service. Ordered taxi for exact time and when I needed I have to remind them about it. Next thing was the cleaner service on day of my checkout. The cleaner kept knocking on my door, they can wait till leave and clean the room then. Overall just average hotel.

Positive: Generally good value. Nice and clean rooms, good service, friendly staff.
Negative: Charging 45 EUR extra for a little dog that doesn't shed is exorbitant. Breakfast staff could be more attentive.response / report this review -

I attended a conference here and stayed for 2 nights. The breakfast is a morning buffet that deserves 5 stars by itself. The staff is really friendly although they trouble finding my reservation and a colleague of mine ended up having to pay for a room that was already paid for because of some confusion. The rooms are very comfortable and there's even a balcony. Very good hotel and nice conference rooms.

First the good part, clean with like walk in shower with good temperature regulation. Free bottle water every day. The bad and very bad. No queen or kink size bed. Just 2 single bed put together with a hole between the 3 mattress. Horrible night. Internet impossible to use in business environment. Internet is open so you have to use a VPN. As soon as you start your VPN the speed fall to zero or close to zero (throttle down by ISP) so not an hotel recommended if you need a secure connection

Very nice hotel with a good choice of breakfast and diner options. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are nice and tidy with comfortable beds.

Very professional service, friendly staff and clean and well maintained rooms. Not the most comfortable bed but acceptable. Enjoyed the food in the restaurant and a good Italian across the street

The location is great, the park is a fantastic place to walk at 1 am. There is usually a man playing a guitar. And it's good playing. The service is okay, would have enjoyed not having my door slammed in the morning for housekeeping. But the cleaning is good, so I'll let it slide. The room is pretty nice if you enjoy the colors red and white a lot. And the showers are top notch if you like the idea of glass panes. The breakfast is great if your idea of all you can eat is repeated use of the espresso machine at breakfast in the morning. Overall I liked the hotel and the area is pretty enjoyable.

The hotel is overall nice & very clean. Even though it's a 4 star hotel, it does not supply a blow drier, slippers or bathrobe for guests in the rooms. I had the missfortune to get a room with a dripping sink(light sleeper) kind of annoying, but overall nice stay, receptionist always friendly & helpful.The area is gorgeous and perfect for a relaxed weekend outdoors.
Side note: breakfast & basic necessities should be at hand at all times: the staff was overwhelmed with the wedding weekender guests.response / report this review
