An excellent place to stay in Bad Homburg. Gracious, friendly and helpful staff - many of whom have been there for many years- provide superb service and make for a warm, homely atmosphere. One is treated as a person,not as a 'room number'. This personalized care makes up for any shortcomings. The breakfasts are the best I've had anywhere. Close to all the principal amenities, it's my first choice of a place to stay in the 'Greater Frankfurt ' area..Ideal for a long stay.

Great hotel, very nice staff and very good breakfast. Rooms are spacious, some even have nice balconies and the beds are comfortable. However, bathrooms - showers and bathtubs - should be renovated at some point. As the service is really good, it's nice to come back every time anyway.

I have to stay in HG regularly. Most of the time I choose Parkhotel, as the service is really ok, the rooms are comfortable.

Nice hotel. No bells and whistles. I had some trouble regulating my room temperature. Staff was nice and friendly. Food options seemed limited.
