Found my dream trekking bike on the rabe bike website. Rabe provides an unconditional service to order bikes from their website for a test ride in case they are not already on-site in the shop.
Great service and together with a very friendly and competent staff I could not do anything wrong. Bought it ! Spring can come !!

Been looking for a new go-to bike store after moving here. This one was recommended to me and I haven't been disappointed.

Bought my first mountain bike from this store a few weeks ago. Friendly staff who answered all my not-so-clever questions, helped me decide on a bike, did all the set up and also gave me helpful maintenance tips.

Fair pricing is a plus and so is the six months of free service.

Rabe's excellent website showed clearly and simply that they had one of the bikes I was looking for in the Schwabing branch.
Went there.
Had it set up for me.
Rode it.
Bought it.
As simple as that.

Excellent knowledgeable service and insistance on going through everything in a thoroughly professional manner. Bike well prepared and set up.
Very pleased after the first 500km.

Fast delivery of a bike, fast and nice customer service. When there was a problem with decentered wheels during the transportation, they've paid for the centering in the nearest workshop. It won't be the last time I bought something in this shop :)
