Support is BAD. I reserved for 2 twin beds off of Expedia, but the room had 1 double. Not only this, they said that they could not change my room. Then, furthermore they told me that the Wifi information is in the room. It wasn't, and had to go to main floor for the 3rd time. Overall bad experience. No AC as well.

Picked the place because it said they had restaurant on site. When we came the restaurant was closed. The weather was really rainy that day and cold, but we had no choice other than to wonder the neighborhood in search of a place to eat.

Nicely renovated rooms in the Dependance but no air conditioning, which is surprising for a 4-star hotel. Stayed in June, room was very warm.

War zur Messe im Januar in München. Für ein Nordlicht war es ungewohnt kalt mit -12°C. Wir hatten das Zimmer am Ende des Ganges und der Heizung des Zimmers war es auch zu kalt. Es hat gerade mal den Raum auf vielleicht knapp 20°C gebracht. Für eine Nacht war das okay. Bauzustand und Sauberkeit waren nicht zu beanstanden.

The room was extremely clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. The Wi-Fi comes with a restriction 1GB per day, but it is more than enough. And fast also. There is a lot of parking space. You can choose between a back yard and an underground garage with direct access to the hotel. Very convenient when there is a bad weather.

Overall I have very little to report. The breakfast is served between 06:00 and 10:00 o’clock. If you come towards the end, let’s say at 09:15 or 09:30, some things are missing and may not be refilled. I think the hotel is a bit pricey.

The price is low up front, but they nickel and dime'd up the price by 35euro per night with stupid charges. Charges for the use of a key, 80euro. I have yet to see such a rude staff of people who don't like their customers I recommend you stay at a well staffed hotel instead who at least add value to the stay.
