Good price. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable beds. Very close to public transportation, the bus stop is at the front door.

Ibis has good presence at Germany, affordable rates for common person and connected with WiFi and bus station. Nearest rail station is Harr. You can travel good places and enjoy travel, Hotel is equiped with all 3 stars amenities. This hotel is just good for stay which is 15km away from main city.

Convenient to reach by S-bahn and bus from the Main Train Station. The bus stopped right in front the hotel.

Lot of construction noise probably lasting also the next couple of months as hotel is undergoing renovation. General good and friendly service. Clean rooms.

Rooms: clean and neat
Toilets: clean
Breakfast: Great (selection was good enough for a breakfast buffet)
Staff: NEARLY everyone was friendly.

There was a certain staff member that dismissed me when i asked for help saying "may i ask you something" (just wanted to ask to refill the milk in the coffee machine) . Saying that she was busy and asked me to wait. So i waited at the side for at least 2 minutes. She could serve 3 different customers during that time and happily might i add. While i stood there waiting for her to be "not busy". Probably my own observation but she seemed to treat another asian looking for help in a very dismissive tone too as i saw another older asian man asking for help and was greeted with the same dismissive tone. (you can check it out to see if its true or not for yourself) Oh and in the end she still did not ask me what i needed. (She could walk up to tables and help others mind you) It's just a small blemish on such a beautiful hotel in my honest opinion. But i don't think it deserves lower than 4 stars.

Very clean and comfortable room. There is free wifi, free parking and a restaurant on site. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and spoke english. I would recommend staying at this place if you are in the area.
