A little old. Bathroom didn't smell great. Area is does not have a lot going on. Breakfast was not worth the money. All in all, not bad for the price, but if you're more interested in a nice place than a deal, look elsewhere

General manager was absolutely horrible, wouldn't help us when we asked for places to eat or shop, was extremely grumpy and just not nice at all. He told us we could park the car in the garage but failed to mention we could park in front of the hotel for less than half of the price. On top of that they gave us a different room than we booked, which was definitely a down grade.

How sad.we found bugs in the bed, the carpet was sticky, the tub surround had mold growing in it and the shower glass was only half a glass so we ended up with a lake on the floor after each shower. On the first night we reported a lamp that didn't work. The front desk clerk (mean, short-haired lady with the personality that only turns people away) was the one to come check on the issue. We were then told that it would have to wait until tomorrow. We left a do not disturb sign on the door, which to me means DON'T COME IN at all. Not to fix anything, not to change towels or sheets or tidy up, but it was ignored. They changed the lamp, changed the sheets, towels and tidied up. Everytime we interacted with the mean lady it was she was very unpleasant. She visibally tuened her nose up at us. There was one young lady with redeeming qualities who was very nice though. If I could give her stars solely on her pleasant personality, I'd do so. I'd say avoid this place.

Great place for stay in munchen. We managed to get a special offer and the place was fantastic. Calm part of the city. Great service and really kind staff. Definitely choosing this place for my next stay.

The room is very spacious. The 4 person room has a queen bed and a pull out couch which fits two. There is a TV with channels in many languages. The bathroom is large and comes with a tub. The staff is nice. Breakfast costs 9 euros per person but is very tasty and has a ton of variety.

It was nice, but there were some issues. For most of the group the Wi-Fi didn't work. The breakfast wasn't spectacular.
