Good Hotel. I would recommend.

This is a great hotel to stay. the room was excellent and the staff was very nice. Great place close to downtown Postdam and to all the sightseen places.
My only recommendation will be to improve the booking through the website. We had many issue trying to book directly in the hotel website so we had to ask our local german friend to call and ensure the reservation for us.response / report this review -

nice people, nice building but if its warm weather (23deg C+) the rooms were stuffy and the A/C is fairly much non-existent. Tried 4 rooms. Staff tried their best to accommodate but the systems were just not up to the job, therefore it was expensive for a bad nights sleep.

We where on Holliday last year at the hotel and enjoyed it so much we returned to spend our Honeymoon there this year. The Hotel is lovely and comfortable the staff are helpful and friendly. The Hotel is in a good location for Restaurants and Bars in Potsdam, looking forward to return.
