I spent four nights in this hostel. I’m deeply disappointed, when I checked in, the staff strongly encouraged me to pay with cash. Which I didn’t have on me, so I went to the nearest ATM. Upon waking up the steps the hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We walked into our room to find that half of the curtains were missing.. We had our room changed, the second room had a proper set of curtains on the window, thankfully. The t.v. was inoperable, and the bathroom smelled strongly of urine. The sheets & pillowcase on the beds didn’t fit properly, one of the comforts didn’t even have a case on I‎t. I was uncomfortable sleeping here, I couldn’t wait to leave.

Never rent a bike there! Dangerous, they don't give them maintenance. I almost die because my back wheel fall apart. I walked all the way back from the otherside of town and they were even trying to charge me for the repair.
When the bike broke I called the reception, but they didn't offer to pick me up and I was in the other side of the city.

Bad attitude of the staff so actually I will recommend not to stay there and the colors of the building are horrible do not merge wih the nice historic neighbourhood.

Do not rent a bike there because it could be the last thing you do before you crash into a lorry. Maintenance doesn't seem to be of any importance to them. While using the pedal break riding downhill on a street, the screw holding the hub mechanism to the frame broke and blocked the wheel.
My friend was lucky not to break his neck. We needed to take the metro all the way across town to bring the bike back and kindly asked to get the money back. The guys was rude and didn't give in, he even tried to blame us. Since it was our friends' last evening in Berlin we gave up and left.
Although we lost ten euros that day we were lucky not to have lost a friend.

Rooms are scarcely decorated and the interior is utilitarian if nothing else. The staff seems friendly enough but don't expect much service since this is not a normal hotel. Free wifi is available as well as a laundry and a community kitchen. No meals but breakfast. There is a direct connection to the inner city using the u5 line to the Alexanderplatz with follow up connections from there.

Sweet jesus. If front gives you 1st floor room. Claim to change it. They turn on horrible music in the lobby all they all night. and it is enough loud to make you been up all night. My room was 1st floor, and its full with sound and fury from lobby. And I must tell their music taste also horrible.

And i think its not backpacker's hostel. Lobby's couch was full to with immigration family and workers who book a bed untill they find a place im nothing against it. But its not a traveller's hotel

Room is wide and got nice garden, they got kitchen(super dirty) too, and their shower room are horrible. I've staying cheep hostel a lot, but its first time ever using a shower bus which looks like toilet. Anyway its really toilet cell. I cannot turn around in their cuz its so small. They have partion along the wall and call it shower room.

Bed's are melting in the age, so you can feel every spring under your back.actually you can count them.

Location is good. And staffs are nice. Thats all.

Little bit confusing at first, but it was okay. It's a very large hostel so I was confused by the floor plan outside of the rooms, getting to breakfast and my room. They don't give you a towel (some hostels do and some dont, I forgot. This is just a heads up, not a complaint). Breakfast was meats and cheeses and 3 cereals and milk and yogurt and eggs and meatballs. Lockers are 1 or 2 euro per day depending on size. Elevator was slow the first day I was there because kids were playing in it. They've got some games. Location is pretty good near busses and UBahn. Staff is friendly helpful informative and most spoke enough English for me to get by just fine.

My stay at the hostel was great, location perfect. The reception is open 24 hours, check-in starts at 4:00pm but you can store your luggage for free or use the security lockers. The staff are exceptional, patient considering the number of people they have to deal with each day. If you are lucky to catch Aimee or Camila when they are on duty, then I can assure you, your stay is off to a great start.

Very pleased with our stay at Pegasus hostel. Stayed here for two nights with my five friends. We got our own room with our own bathroom. The rooms were clean and the bathroom big. It even had a hair dryer! Reception is staffed 24/7 which is great. Overall, very happy with our stay and can recommend it to anyone coming to Berlin!
