Location is great, the rooms are comfortable. The check in needs to be streamlined as we had to wait in a queue for 20 mins on arrival and another 10 mins when checking out.

Schweitzer Bock is a wonderful hotel. The architecture is beautiful especially the 1486 bar, dining and breakfast rooms. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The Badhaus is beautifully modern and serene with its sauna, steam room, pool and lounging area. The food is great and especially breakfast with everything you might want including made to order ommelates. But what really makes this place special is the wonderful and caring staff who are very professional and know how to treat you well. And for extra enjoyment try to meet Mr. Dieter Ege who knows this business inside and out and will leave you smiling and laughing always. My 5 star recommendation from a long time returning customer.

It is pleasant. Good service, Kind workers BUT!!!!! No parking for guests. And public parking are always extremely fully parked :(

wonderful room, neat and clean. modern amenities in a historic building. location is perfect, just a couple blocks to restaurants. breakfast was amazing with a farm to table feel.
