  We used Optimal for a medium-sized move of ours in Berlin. The first appearance during the flat visit was good as well as the price which is why we chose them.
  BUT then problems started: There was hardly anyone to talk to during the move and 0 information was given how the move was structured; throughout the day there was almost never clear information on anything. At the start, Optimal forgot to bring items which we ordered and had paid for. The boss disappeared to bring them (and still forgot 1 item) and the workers started to slow down and things were unclear. When the unpacking started in the new location, suddenly I was presented with a 15% price increase due to higher distance transport, even though the higher distance was clear during the initial visit. Before I did not pay, all works were intentionally slowed down. In the afternoon, works were done without any apparent willingness of the workers, a couple of things were damaged and a wardrobe was installed in a way that we can hardly use it now. There was the clear feeling of "We do not want to serve you any more".
  I offered to have a chat around this and was never called again.
  Unacceptable service quality!

  I’m a first time user of Optimal Umzug but definitely not the last time. The level of service and helpfulness is at the highest level. A relocation is always stressful but Optimal took me through the whole process so at the end I could just sit back relax and watch it all happen.
  Rasmina at Optmail is the ONE!! Wow - what a person - So service minded and helpful.
  Im also impressed by the guys doing the move as well. They could all speak English as my German is not the best.
  Thank you Optimal it was a pleasure doing business with you.
