  Leider war ich absolut enttäuscht von der Arbeit der Umzugshelfer dieser Firma. Absolut alle Möbel haben große und kleine Kratzer und Chips. Es gibt auch einen großen Kratzer auf dem Fernseher. Und was am ungeheuerlichsten ist, es gibt zwei riesige Löcher in der Schranktür, von denen sie versuchten, eines zu verbergen. Ich bin sehr aufgebracht und wütend. Ich werde diese Firma nie wieder benutzen und werde sie niemandem empfehlen.

  Very fast , inexpensive and professional. With them liquidating my Berlin apartment took only 2 hrs. They're also more reasonably priced than the competition. Strongly recommend 👌

  At first, it was very late without notice.
  The entire household goods were squeezed into a single 3.5 ton truck, which was loaded to the ceiling. The furniture was wrapped in thin cling film (what's the point?) And then stacked, sorting according to weight was not particularly good. In the basement everything was unloaded the wrong way around.
  The employees all speak Polish and either no or only very broken German, which made proper communication impossible.
  
  The worst, however:
  A cabinet was badly damaged from rough handling and a machine was dropped, resulting in greater repair costs. The company blamed me and completely avoided reporting it to the transport insurance company until I was told at some point that the damage had been reported. After waiting for a while and asking the insurance company, it turned out that this was not the truth, the insurance company knew nothing about the damage before I reported it myself. The insurance company immediately wrote to the company, which did not respond to the insurance company for weeks until the insurance company tried a second time upon request.
  Overall, the reimbursement of the damage by the transport insurance took almost 4 months and cost a lot of work.

  It was the first time that I moved with a moving company and I couldn't be happier! Already during the preview I got a very good impression (I had several companies to preview where I got some very bad impressions).
  
  Our long-distance move from Berlin to NRW was super quick and easy with Fedres! The movers arrived on time and within a very short time the apartment and the basement were completely empty and stowed in the truck. Even at the destination address and after a 500 km drive, the furniture in the apartment on the 4th floor and the truck were empty.
  
  All pieces of furniture were well packed with blankets and foil and everything arrived at the new apartment undamaged. Very careful attention is paid to all items and furniture!
  
  I would do my move again with Fedres anytime!
