A lot went wrong with this move. I wrote a corresponding review on Trustpilot. After more than 3 months Junker is now trying to have this deleted. I have verified and am now waiting for the review to be released.
This has also been tried with other customers.

We moved with this company in December 2019. The preparation and planning went well, there is nothing to complain about. On the day of the move, however, we were no longer satisfied. The way the employees talked to each other was cruel and really uncomfortable. The pace was extremely slow and marked by several cigarette breaks. One had the feeling that the young employees took every opportunity to allow the older ones to work. Only when it came to the tip at the end were everyone highly motivated and on hand.

Maybe we were just unlucky with the team. We cannot really recommend Junker Umzüge. Pity!

Very friendly and car salesman like to. Begin and convince me of professionally.

On day of move very professional start. Then there was done damage done which was photographed to document. Finally they rushed and pushed things badly. Damaging plants beyond saving.

At final location they didn't install the washing machine ad they were supposed to.

When claiming the compensation they offered measly 50 euro for damage 3times as much. 5 emails and many ok phone calls later they agreed reluctantly.

Never again.

These guise are worth trying in case of transportation to and from Berlin . Was quick in communication and sweet price range made all apartment changing cheap and easier.
