Vorsicht kann ich nur berichten, wenn sie einchecken dringend nach Schimmelflecke kontrollieren und verschmutzte innenliegende Küchenschubladen in der Fewo Rose !!
Habe damit Erfahrung machen müssen und der Vermieter gibt keine Hinweise obwohl eindeutig schon älter die großflächige Stelle.
Das ist grob fahrlässig, das Verhalten vom Vermieter!!!

Liebe Leser, wie Sie anhand der Reaktion des Vermieter bemerken, siehe Jahreszahl 2019 sowie beleidigende Äußerungen an meine Person und der Versuch des Vermieter sich vom Täter zum Opfer darzustellen.

Michael is a great host - accommodating, thoughtful and very helpful. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is very consistent. The apartment Rose is pleasantly furnished, the kitchen in excellent condition and with great equipment. The large bathroom has a bathtub and shower and is also in very good condition. The quality of the beds is good, nothing looks worn or outdated. We like to come back anytime.

We felt comfortable from the first second. Very lovingly designed apartment (Rose), fully equipped kitchen, great rooms and very modern bathroom. Landlord is totally funny-nice there was an immediate line. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

The apartment was furnished with so much attention to detail that you feel at home. The location is pleasantly quiet and the hosts are very friendly. Everything was positive and recommendable.

Very cosy apartment which is also nicely decorated and sparkling clean. Just 10 minutes drive to the beautiful mediaeval town of Fritzlar. The best accomodation option around without any doubt.
