Very nice hotel with comfortable, clean rooms, Hilton Honors status was recognized and I was given an upgrade for a weekend stay. Check in was pretty efficient with everything covered (Breakfast etc). Small modern looking bar next to reception. Complimentary water bottles were waiting in the room.

The only drawback as far as I was concerned was that the location of the hotel is in a very rough part of town. You will see drunks and drugs being taken in the streets round the corner on the way to/from the station. Fully accept this is not the fault of the hotel however it’s maybe something they could take up with the city as it does seem risky for guests. Some people might feel intimidated by this. Taxis would be a good option for people not wanting to walk through a red light district. To reassure people though, when you’re in the hotel it is very secure. Just feel it’s worth mentioning the above.

Sketchy area! The area is surrounded by homeless, strip clubs and drunks passed out on the street. During our 2 night stay there were people each night on the stairs into the hotel using drugs and passed out.
The hotel itself, the staff, rooms, breakfast and restaurant were great! Only reason it got 2 stars otherwise look for another location.

Probably the best hotel to stay in the given locality. Spacious Clean room, Super hygienic and adequate size of bathrooms (rare in Europe) The restaurant is also well lit and has a bful garden sitting too. Coming to the food it’s just wow. The variety of cuisines they serve is just outstanding and would be happy to serve you your favourite home made delicacies.

Very good value for Frankfurt. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Location is close to city center so some areas can be a bit gritty, but the hotel is very secure. Restaurant was actually way above expectations for dinner. Staff was very friendly and really welcoming.

The hotel reviews must be old. The customer services was great. They do recognize Hilton status. We received a room upgrade. Breakfast was not “basic” as mentioned in previous comments. Hotel was new or newly remodeled. Rooms were on the small side and bed was stiff for my liking but overall great.
