One of the sales associates at the entrance was very rude as she approached me. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store. I came to buy a machine and was completely disappointed that I walked out empty handed.

One of the superb showrooms i have seen for this kind of coffee machines. They had great number of capsules and decorated quite nicely. There are self check out counters as well.
However availability of lot of machines and colors were not there which was really strange. Rest everything including taste bar is really good.response / report this review -

Very helpful staff and nice, modern shop. Best to go when it's not so busy (not between 12-2pm, because all the bankers go there in their lunch breaks).

Amazing. Staff finds selling coffee a glorious activity for which the customer should have ultimate respect. Not the other way around. Ah, and yes, you should not let me pay at the machine without a Kundenkarte. Please make me queue! Wake me up loudly if I got tired of waiting and looking at my phone!
