  After my hard drive fell and all content was lost, I sent it in without any hope. After a few weeks, all data came back and also other data that I had already deleted. After this time, some other service providers would certainly have given up and not invested any more working time.
  
  The service and communication were good. I received a reply to every concerned message and I was also helped quickly with my submission problems. I'm glad my hard drive was among the great success rate and I would always send back my lost data (although I hope there is no further need).

  iPhone 12 stuck in bootloop due to full memory. As intelligent as I am, I haven't made a backup in ages. In NBG no one could help me, it seemed hopeless. This company did it. I went to Munich especially and haven't regretted a cent or a second. Nice gentleman on the phone, super competent, smooth process. The price may be high for some, but I was happy to pay it in my emergency situation. Many many thanks!!!!!!!!

  The hard drive of my HomeServer crashed and all the backed up data from the last 20 years was gone.
  After countless calls and overpriced "offers" I came across myITplanet. Here I was helped quickly, competently and at a reasonable price and all data was saved and restored.

  Very professional, reputable data recovery company. In my case I was lucky that not only the data was saved (over 250GB), but also the iPhone worked again afterwards. I can only recommend.

  My iPhone 11 was stuck in boot loop due to full memory. I've requested several data recovery services, a few have tried, but no one has succeeded. I've been told over and over again that the last resort is to reset the iPhone. However, I had several thousand unsaved photos and videos. MyIT Planet was my last hope and actually I was resigned to losing all my data. I was all the more surprised when a few days later I got the notification that the iPhone was working again and all the data was still there.
  It all happened very quickly and I was always kept up to date. It's quite expensive, of course, but it's worth it for important memories.
