We sold our parents' house through Immobilien-Carstensen and were very satisfied with the entire process: from the valuation, professional photos, exposé and internet presentation, handling the viewings to the notary appointment and the handover, we always felt well looked after. Thank you again.

After a few years ago we were able to sell a terraced house easily, quickly and well with the help of Carstensen Immobilien, this year no other broker was considered for the sale of our two rental houses.
In her friendly, approachable and extremely competent manner, Mrs. Carstensen accompanied us safely through the entire sales process. We felt well advised by her in every phase. Ms. Carstensen kept us informed about the current state of affairs and negotiated with all negotiating partners in a serious and respectful manner in her amiable manner.
In the end, the sale was completed to the complete satisfaction of all parties involved. We would trustingly hand over our real estate business to Ms. Carstensen again at any time.response / report this review -

Full 5 stars for real estate Carstensen! In the course of the last six months we have found both our new dream house through Immobilien Carstensen and then our old house through I.C. sold. We found Mr. Carstensen and his team to be very competent, service-oriented and solid. A well-established team with a high degree of market knowledge and sensitivity for special situations. We got along very well at I.C. felt cared for, both professionally and personally. Therefore absolute recommendation and many thanks again to the Immobilien Carstensen team for the support with both real estate projects.
