Online shopping went smoothly, unfortunately both Pukylino's were too small, so I had to return them twice. Nevertheless, the customer service was super friendly and the delivery arrived within 24 hours. Looking forward to an order soon, thank you again for the super friendly process.Update: You have to pay for returns yourself

I'm so happy :-) I ordered a Haba guardian angel from the Blaubär children's home. Sweet as sugar in a pink dress. This could be personalised. Since it is for my little niece, the dress should be embroidered with the name Romy. Font selected, color of the font selected, name given everything worked out great and in no time at all the guardian angel was with me. Sooooo great :-) Thank you very much. The shop is highly recommended 👍🏼

I ordered a backpack from Kinderhaus Blaubär via Amazon. The goods themselves were fine, but the goods must be sent back via GLS for a fee.

I recommend being more customer-oriented here and 1.) introducing free returns and 2.) please return via DHL. GLS is an impertinence, as there are hardly any acceptance points or their service times are far too short. (even in the middle of Berlin)

Professional and customer oriented
An Alvi baby mattress ordered and delivered within two days (great quality) arrived damaged in a box that was damaged in transit. Complaints to Blaubaer were processed professionally and in an extremely customer-oriented manner, and a new mattress was delivered within two days. It doesn't get any better! We will be happy to shop at Blaubaer again.

The order worked great and the mattress arrived within 3 working days. I'm very satisfied.
