  Great permanent exhibition. A bit short for others

  Very disappointing photography. Very little of it is interesting or artistic. Unfortunately it's more of a gallery, mostly by the same photographer. A photographer who liked taking many nude pictures of women. Good for him but it makes for a pretty boring 'museum'.

  Disappointing exhibition but the host/set exhibition made up for it. Nice and central location and easy to get to. Go to KaDaWe shopping after this - 1 stop on the U Bahn.

  It is a place to go if you appreciate photography, but probably not if you just want to be entertained by photography. They feature a nice mix of Newton's work along with contemporary exhibits. Worth a visit if you are a photographer for sure.

  Disappointing experience of a lot of similar photos that seem to be hanging there for a long time, without any story told. We did find the movie they showed about Helmut Newton interesting. And they have a nice bookstore that you can visit for free. In the end, not worth the €10 and we wish we read about the C/O next door before we went.

  Compared to the amazing C/O very nearby, this museum didn't catch my interest well. It's pretty expensive, VERY very focused on Helmut Newton and his wife, and has a super slow pace for changing exhibitions. I also don't like the atmosphere in there too much — give me a break, dear guards, I'm not going to destroy anything. You don't have to follow every step. It's unnerving.
  
  Still, it's worth a visit, but due to the large permanent exhibitions I don't see a lot of incentive to return.
