Very nice hotel and a short walk to the centre and cathedral. Hotel was very nice and staff were great. Rooms were great and bed was comfortable. As always with Germany, you are expected to make your own bed!! Only negative is the time it takes to check in and check out, which is ridiculously long

Used it for a meeting - exceptionally expensive. On severinstrasse, so lots of restaurants close by. Dom is about 10-12 mins away by walk.

I stayed here during Drupa 2016. Friendly, clean, good breakfast, located near the central station (just a few bus stop), within walking distance from train station and relatively large rooms. Recommended for business visitors.

The room was very clean and we'll kept. Breakfast was great and dinner was very tasty (although dinner was not included). Free parking was very useful, and you are walking distance away from the cathedral. The only problem that I had was that the original room had been smoked in, however; they immediately gave me a new room. Overall very good service and food.

A fine four star hotel i stayed there for 4 nights, reached there on 27th Feb it was Rose Monday Parade, which made it difficult to reach the hotel . The staff were friendly and helpful in many cases, the breakfast didn't have variety of many things. Most perfect is the location as the bus stop and the tram are steps away from the door, if i came back to Cologne i could stay in Mercure again no doubt

Located in the city center of Cologne, which is great for visiting the city. The rooms are great and spacious. Internet is okay and breakfast a little bit pricey. Aside from that a great place to stay.
