Very convenient location. Good amenities. Clean and comfortable rooms, but not very new and in need of some repairs (in my room the trouser press and the bathroom heating were out of order)

High quality hotel wirh oustanding amenities. Superb restaurant, spa and shopping in the hotel. Wonderful staff. Location allows for easy access to down town area while preserving quiet environment. 5 star plus

This hotel is so nice.. staff are very polite and available at all the time.. room are nive, clean and big. The bar is very nice and the breakfast is full of variety of fresh food.
The hotel location is in a quite area close by you can find hospitals, restaurants, banks and supermarkets.response / report this review -

Amazing hotel with great amenities. The restraint has amazing authentic German food. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Room service is slightly overpriced so better to go grab dinner at the restaurant.

Nice, big, comfortable room. The breakfast buffet has so many delicious options. All staff are very welcoming and helpful. Great customer service. One downside though, the hotel and surroundings are quite noisy.

Great location right next to a metro station, the excellent breakfast and the spa were great. There's a supermarket called "rewe" just near by, super easy to get to and with a wide variety to choose from.
The staff was courteous, Internet was good.
Once you get to your room things start to change:
There are 2 wings, the one I went to was a bit of a down grade maybe? Super dirty. Black and gray spots on the floor, spider webs on the wall clearly visible on the pictures I posted here, drips of yellow substance on my bed sheets, junk and dust balls under my bed, the terrace is made of concrete and has no connection to the style inside the room, I would never spend a second on that balcony unless I had to. It's such bad taste.
Toiletries are good and the amenities also, I just don't understand why my room was so dirty.
Sadly, 3 stars.

I tried the other wing, check the updated pictures. Worst than the garden side. Wifi is always breaking up and disconnecting. Rooms are extremely small. The air conditioning hardly works. I was so cold the whole night I woke up with a sore throat. The balcony isn't accessible and the view is over another concrete gray building. Confirms my 3 stars.response / report this review -

Amazing garden wing for the smokersacess to everything
Metro is 2 min and a good grocery shop next to it

Very pleasant stay. Clean and super comfortable beds. The gym is clean and moderately large with standard equipment but no bench press for super gym goers. There is a nice indoor pool and even a sunbed in the hotel! The breakfast and room service was lovely and extensive. The staff were more than kind and hospitable.

We absolutely loved it! The Club Lounge food was outstanding and the staff members were extremely kind. We had a Junior Suite - I highly recommend it. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet. I can't say enough good things about this place. It was probably the best hotel experience we've ever had. If we're ever back in Munich, we WILL stay here again.
