A good, cosy hotel in the Munich outskirts, close to both Neunperlach Süd and Therese stations. Has a good breakfast spread and decently sized rooms. However it lacks a fitness centre (does have a sauna)plus the restaurant choices are lacking

Rooms are relatively cold at night when they shut off the central heating. Bed covers are small for my standards. Breakfast is excelent as well as the service we received from all the staff which helped us in a friendly way. Keep up the good work !

I am still staying at the hotel with my group of 23 people.. Room no 623..today morning 29/10/17 when i left room there was 01 whiskey bottle in the room..when i returned back to the room i found the bottle missing similar case was registered with my Driver.. where he got his bottle back.. the staff are rude.. not willing to help.. i dont really suggest this hotel for any group booking.. Hope i get my whiskey bottle back..

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is so incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast is the best breakfast buffet in the world. It had so many options that would fit the need of anyone wanting to eat. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because the beds are so painful to sleep on. They are so much harder than firm. Both my husband and I woke up with backaches. The second morning I woke up with a pinched nerve in my neck and hip pain. He ended up with a massive headache and still tired. If they put memory foam toppers on their beds or upgraded their mattresses, they would definitely get 5 stars.

Arrived at three pm for check in and the room was not ready. They keep us waiting for over one hour and finally had it ready. They gave us a coupon for three drinks at the bar for the inconvenience and then went we went to the bar the bar tender did not accept this for "cocktails". When we checked out we explained and they said oh well. No cocktails included and sorry "something went wrong". In a not very concerned manner. Their customer service is very poor. Even in Manhattan the hotels were more accommodating will need stay there again. NH is better!

Rooms:
Spacious rooms with minibar, tv and coffee machine. Slightly outdated furniture, but not something to worry about.
Location:
Very quiet surroundings. Maybe a bit far from the centre. 5 walking minutes from the subway station, 15-20 minutes subway to the centre.
Staff:
Competent and professional staff. Helpful and kind. Especially at the hotel's bar and restaurant (which serves excellent food!).response / report this review -

Nice quality for great value. REALLY great and helpful staff! Tasty breakfasts. Close to U and S trainz. Unfortunately internet is really slow so it would be better to use Your phone as router.

Excellent value! Basic rooms but very clean - did not find this property outdated whatsoever. Nice restaurant, safe neighbourhood and very close to U-Bahn for quick efficient transportation to Munich. Highly recommended

Very clean rooms. EXCELLENT value and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Also the breakfast is worth every cent! While in Munich, my colleague and I ate dinner at the restaurant a number of times. Excellent options that were very tasty - highly recommend this hotel. It is also very close to the train station.
