Location is top. Rooms are very clean and comfortable enough. We had the chance to get a room with a bath, with the winter it was appreciated. Top breakfast and the staff is very helpful and polite. Unfortunately the building works just next doors are making the whole building move from 7am to 7pm during the week, not the hotel's fault.
Great spot for a traveller that likes a short trip on the metro to the sights and just needs a good clean restful place to sleep, with a good selection of alcohol in the bar. Breakfast a bit pricey, but plenty of places 2 or 3 stops on the metro..
Excellent location if you are working at or visiting STATION Berlin but there is not much within 10 minute walking distance.
The cafe has no phone connection and cannot offer WiFi to costumers because it is owned by the hotel.
I wasted an hour I could have worked on waiting for food, eating and getting out. True, I could have checked the connection before ordering food. But in today's day and age I think WiFi or at least phone connection at a cafe/hotel is to be expected.
Great location conveniently 1 min walk to the metro. Rooms are nice and spacious and staff have been very helpful.
The rooms were clean and tidy, being cleaned each day. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice available to cater for most dietary requirements. The downsides are it's located next to the train track, so depending on the side of the hotel your room is, this can disturb your sleep, and the WiFi is like being thrown back into the dialup age.
Service and breakfast were nice. Was not impressed with the Internet speed, ridiculously slow. Room was OK, colleague had to check out early and get another hotel as the noise from the train stopped her from sleeping.
Great place to stay in when in Berlin, ideally situated for getting into town either by foot or the ubahn across the street.
While the rooms decor is a little old and dated, everything clean and works well.
The Wi-Fi is ridiculously slow but at least it's free.
Staff are professional, courteous and knowledgeable of the local area.
The free Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible. It would be better to not offer any Internet than what they have. Otherwise the hotel is fine. Nice courtyard, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and a teapot in the room. Great for the price. The hotel even sells single-use and all-day metro tickets, which you can charge to the room. The location ended up being far away from most of the things we wanted to do in Berlin, but there's a metro station right across the street.
Welcoming, stylish and modern lobby with a comforting bar downstairs. Unfortunately this is where that stops and where randomly wandering its shining like corridors to find your room hoping not to bump into twin girls.
